Is lighting messing with your sleep?


Shea Morrison – Sleep Expert and Co-Founder of The Goodnight Co spoke to the program about how lights affect sleep.

“It’s impossible to avoid lights in 2020. They’re on the street, in our cars, on public transport, in the supermarket and in our workplaces,” Ms Morrison said.

“Add your phone and computer screen into the mix and it’s a recipe for sleepless nights.”
